Heights of Autumn

by Oct 21, 2013

I love Autumn. I love the colour of the leaves that fall to the ground. I love the bright, sunny days with a brisk wind, but most of all I love the fashion.

Autumn fashion barely changes from year to year. It mainly consists of leather, knits, layering and this year – pastels.

A must have look for this season, as a staple, is a pair of leather pants. Girls if you think you don’t have the legs for them, you do. Pull’em on, zip’em up and pair with your favourite knit and Chelsea boots. Take a look at these girls rocking the leather this season:

Next up – accessorise. Just because you’re wrapped up under those jumpers and scarves does not mean you can get away without adding that touch of bling. And this year – it’s all about the bling. Teaming a simple jumper with a bulky necklace is a simple yet stylish way to work daytime outfits into nighttime fun. I’ve selected some gorgeous ‘need to buy’ accessories here:

Pastels is this years autumn hit. A strange trend for a cold season, most people think of summer whilst wearing cool shades of pink, blue and yellow. However, an oversized pastel coat will get you a long way this Autumn. Selling out in high street stores all over the place I recommend you grab one while you can! I have this gorgeous blue one from M&S:
